For Cal Poly Pomona's CPP First Day campaign, I spearheaded the design and creation of posters, social media posts, and signage, successfully integrating a user-generated content strategy with the hashtag #CPPfirstday. This initiative significantly boosted engagement. The campaign saw 36,000 engagements, a 9.2% engagement rate, and 386,000 impressions. Notably, Instagram Stories achieved up to an 89% retention rate through over 50 slides. This campaign set engagement and retention records for Cal Poly Pomona's social media.
